คอนโด Vibe ดี ของกินเพียบ เข้าสาทรง่าย
ถนนจันทน์ เป็นย่านที่ขึ้นชื่อเรื่องของอร่อยระดับตำนาน เดินไปทางไหนก็เจอแต่ร้านเด็ด ห้องพักดีไซน์มาค่อนข้างทันสมัยและจัดวางพื้นที่ได้ลงตัว แม้จะไม่ได้อยู่ติดรถไฟฟ้าแบบเป๊ะ ๆ แต่การเดินทางเข้าสาทร/นราธิวาส ทำได้ไวมากครับ จะนั่งวินหรือขับรถก็แป๊บเดียวถึง แถมยังใกล้ทางด่วนด้วย ส่วนกลางที่นี่มีสระว่ายน้ำถึง 3 สระ (สวยทุกสระ) บรรยากาศเหมือนอยู่รีสอร์ทใจกลางเมือง เหมาะกับคนทำงานรุ่นใหม่ที่ชอบไลฟ์สไตล์การกินเที่ยวในย่านดั้งเดิมแต่ยังอยากได้ที่พักที่ทันสมัยครับ

ห้องมีพื้นที่ WFH นานๆ ก็ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัด
คอนโดมีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางและโซนร้านค้าด้านล่างที่ทำให้เรารู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ Community Mall ห้องพักที่นี่ออกแบบมาค่อนข้างกว้างขวางขนาดว่าเป็นห้องสตูดิโอ ตอน WFH ก็ไม่ได้อึดอัด แม้จะไม่ได้ติด MRT (สถานีที่ใกล้สุดคือห้วยขวาง) แต่โครงการมีรถรับส่งครับ สำหรับคนใช้รถส่วนตัวถือว่าสะดวกมากเพราะลัดเลาะออกเหม่งจ๋ายหรือรัชดาได้หลายทาง แหล่งของกินแถวเหม่งจ๋ายคือเด็ดทุกร้าน เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ไม่ชอบชีวิตคอนโดแบบเดิม ๆ สายเอ็กซ์โทรเวิร์ตหน่อย ชอบหาอะไรทำนอกบ้านน่าจะเหมาะ

คอนโด Mixed-use ย่านรัชดา เป็นส่วนตัวสูง
ชอบที่คอนโดไม่ติดถนนใหญ่ ส่วนตัวไม่ชอบเสียงดังและฝุ่นเยอะ แต่ถึงจะไม่ได้อยู่ติด MRT ก็มีรถ Shuttle Bus รับ-ส่ง บวกกับได้ความสงบ เป็นส่วนตัวเพิ่มเข้ามา โครงการเป็นแบบ Mixed-use มีโซนร้านค้าและออฟฟิศอยู่ด้านล่าง ทำให้หาของกินหรือนั่งทำงานที่คาเฟ่ได้สะดวกมากโดยไม่ต้องออกไปไหนไกล การดีไซน์ห้องพักทำออกมาได้ทันสมัยและดูแพงมากครับ วัสดุที่ใช้ค่อนข้างดี และที่สำคัญคือที่จอดรถเยอะ ซึ่งหาได้ยากในคอนโดราคานี้แถวรัชดา ส่วนกลางทำออกมาได้สวยงาม สระว่ายน้ำกว้างจนอยากมาว่ายน้ำทุกวัน หลักๆ ถ้าชอบคอนโดทันสมัยและมีความเป็นส่วนตัว ที่นี่ถือว่าทำได้ดีเลย
