Management & Building Committee is way below the bar - Disappointing
I lived there with my dog. The pet garden is a good size, but the management experience has been extremely disappointing. Before renting, ask for the current pet rules, the THB 5,000 fine is way too much compared to other places and they encourage neighbours to report on each other. Some onwers don't clean up after the pet, even with the expensive fine still doesn't change much. I'm sure there are better ways to manage this but they chose an unfriendly approach. The mngt team will do whatever they can to fine you even for minor violations. And they will deduct your deposit if you don't cooperate. And, facilities in this condo are a joke. AC is a big problem - they don't turn on AC for the lounge on the top floor, never. Swimming pool has green stuff growing. I don't recommend this place.

จัดแปลนห้องดี ส่วนกลางจัดเต็มให้มาก
เข้าซอยเอกมัย 2 มาแป๊บเดียวก็เจอเลย ได้ความสงบดีครับ เรื่องห้องผมว่าเค้าจัดแปลนมาดีเลยครับ ห้องที่ผมอยู่เป็นแบบ 1 Bedroom ขนาด 30 ตร.ม. ไม่ได้ใหญ่มาก อยู่ 1-2 คน กำลังดี ส่วนกลางนี่ต้องชมเลยครับให้มาแบบจัดเต็มมากๆ มีทั้ง Co-working Space, Fitness, สระว่ายน้ำ และ Rooftop ชอบขึ้นไปนั่งชิล การเดินทาง ก็ถือว่าสะดวกครับ สามารถเดินไป BTS เอกมัยได้ แต่ก็ต้องเดินไกลหน่อยครับ ถ้าขี้เกียจเดินมีวินมอเตอร์ไซค์อยู่หน้าปากซอยเลยครับ แล้วในซอยก็มีร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ เยอะเลยครับ

ญี่ปุ่นจ๋า ดีไซน์จัดเต็ม อยู่สบายในเอกมัย
โครงการนี้ตอบโจทย์เรามากเพราะเป็น pet-friendly ตอนหาห้องคือยากมากที่จะเจอคอนโดที่ให้เลี้ยงหมาได้จริง ๆ เรามีน้องหมาพันธุ์เล็กอยู่ตัวนึง แล้วที่นี่เค้ามี dog park เล็ก ๆ ให้ออกไปเดินเล่นได้ทุกวัน รู้สึกดีมากๆ เลยค่ะ พื้นที่ส่วนกลางตกแต่งสวยเหมือนโรงแรม boutique เลย มีโซน Co-living ที่ชิคมากเหมาะกับคนทำงานสายครีเอทีฟ ห้องเราอยู่ชั้นสูง วิวเมืองมุมสูงสวยดี โดยรวมเราว่าที่นี่เหมาะกับคนรุ่นใหม่ที่เลี้ยงสัตว์ อยากอยู่ย่าน hip แบบเอกมัยในราคาที่ไม่สูงเท่าโครงการใหญ่ ๆ แต่ได้ดีไซน์และการใช้งานที่คุ้มค่า เป็นคอนโดที่เข้าใจไลฟ์สไตล์คนรักสัตว์มากๆ เลย
