อยู่สุขุมวิทกลางเมือง แต่ชีวิตไม่วุ่นวาย

จุดเด่นคือโลเคชั่น เพราะอยู่ระหว่างอโศกกับนานา เดินถึง BTS ทั้งสองสถานีใน 5-7 นาที (ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าขี้เกียจแค่ไหนในวันนั้น) ส่วน MRT สุขุมวิทก็ไม่ไกลนะ เดินได้เหมือนกัน ที่ตั้งอยู่ในซอยสุขุมวิท 15 ที่ค่อนข้างเงียบกว่าซอยอื่น ๆ แถวนี้ จึงได้ความสงบแบบไม่ต้องออกนอกเมือง ห้องที่อยู่เป็นแบบ 1 ห้องนอน ขนาดประมาณ 45 ตร.ม. กว้างขวางกว่าโครงการใหม่ ๆ สมัยนี้ แปลนดี มีพื้นที่ครัวแยก ห้องน้ำใหญ่ และมีบานกระจกรอบด้านที่ช่วยให้ห้องสว่างทั้งวัน ส่วนกลางอาจไม่ได้หรูหราอลังการ แต่ครบ มีสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส และที่จอดรถ นิติฯ ดูแลดี มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยรัดกุม ทำให้รู้สึกว่าอยู่คอนโดกลางสุขุมวิทได้อย่างสบายใจ ไม่ต้องแลกความสะดวกกับความวุ่นวายเลยครับ

อยู่สุขุมวิทกลางได้ ราคาไม่แพงเกินเอื้อม

ตอนแรกผมคิดว่าจะหาห้องในสุขุมวิทต้องจ่ายแพงมาก แต่โชคดีที่มาเจอที่นี่ผ่านเอเจนต์ครับ ได้ห้องแบบ 1 ห้องนอน ขนาดประมาณ 45 ตร.ม. อยู่ชั้นสูง วิวไม่โดนบัง โล่งสบาย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบทั้งสระ ฟิตเนส ที่จอดรถมีพอสมควร แม้จะไม่ใหม่มาก แต่สภาพยังดี เพราะส่วนกลางดูแลดีครับ ที่ผมชอบคือใกล้ทั้ง BTS นานา กับอโศก จะไปขึ้น MRT ก็เดินได้ไม่เกิน 10 นาที เหมาะกับคนวัยทำงานที่มีชีวิตในเมืองจริง ๆ อีกอย่างคือแถวนี้ของกินมีครบ ทั้งร้านดัง คาเฟ่ ผับ บาร์ เรียก Grab ก็ง่าย ที่จอดรถอาจจะน้อยถ้าอยู่แบบมีรถ แต่ถ้าใช้ขนส่งสาธารณะ ที่นี่ตอบโจทย์สุด

คอนโดใจกลางเมือง โรงแรม Ambassador เก่า

ไม่ได้ซื้อนะแต่เช่าอยู่ ทำเลโอเคดีเลย ถือว่าอยู่ใจกลางเมืองอยู่ระหว่างซอยสุขุมวิท 13 กับ 15 เข้า-ออกได้ทั้งสองซอยเลย ระยะทางพอๆ กัน ไม่ถึง 300 เมตร ไม่ไกลจาก BTS นานา และ MRT สุขุมวิท เดินได้ แต่ส่วนใหญ่จะขี้เกียจเดิน เรียกให้พี่วินไปส่งรถไฟฟ้าประจำ แถวนี้เจริญ นอกจากจะใจกลางเมืองยังเป็นย่านใจกลางธุรกิจ ตึกอาคารสำนักงานเยอะ ห้างหลักๆ ที่ไปกินช้อปก็จะเป็น Terminal 21 กับโรบินสัน มารู้ตอนหลังที่เช่าไปแล้วว่าแต่ก่อนตึกนี้เป็นโรงแรม Ambassador เจ้าของโครงการเค้ามารีโนเวทใหม่ โครงสร้างอาคารเดิมม แต่ตกแต่งใหม่
