The project itself is considered a large condo. The advantage is the large and magnificent common area of 5 rai, but you have to exchange it with 1,971 neighboring units, which may seem like a lot for those who want a lot of privacy.
Price On the day we went to look, we found the room price to be quite cheap, comparable to the project's opening sale period. There was a 32 sq.m. room priced at 2.59 million baht, with an average price of 80,937 baht/sq.m. If you can get this price, it's quite interesting for this location.
