อยู่เองจริงๆ ขอบอกเลยว่าชีวิตดีมาก

รู้เลยว่าทำไมคนถึงพูดว่าทำเลพญาไทรางน้ำดีเพราะเดินไป BTS ได้สองสถานี ทั้งพญาไทกับอนุสาวรีย์ชัยฯ (ไม่ถึง 5 นาที) แถมมี Airport Rail Link ด้วย เวลาไปสนามบินสะดวกไปอีก เราอยู่ห้อง 1 Bedroom วิวอนุสาวรีย์ชัยฯ ตอนกลางคืน เห็นไฟเมืองสวยดี ห้องตกแต่งวัสดุดี เก็บเสียงใช้ได้แม้อยู่ติดถนน พื้นที่ห้องจัดลงตัว ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัด ส่วนกลางครบตามมาตรฐาน โดยเฉพาะสระว่ายน้ำบนชั้นสูง วิวเปิดกว้างแบบพาโนรามา มีทั้งฟิตเนส Co-working และห้องดูหนังเล็ก ๆ วันหยุดไม่ต้องออกไปไหนเลยก็อยู่ได้ทั้งวัน ที่สำคัญคือการบริหารของแสนสิริดี เจ้าหน้าที่น่ารัก ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยมั่นใจได้ ใครที่ชอบความสะดวก ใกล้ห้าง ใกล้โรงพยาบาล แถมได้วิวเมืองสวยๆ ที่นี่คือคอนโดที่ตอบโจทย์ชีวิตคนเมืองแบบเต็มร้อยเลยค่ะ

ทำเลในเมือง ใกล้ BTS อนุสาวรีย์ชัยฯ

ผมเพิ่งย้ายมาอยู่ได้ 8 เดือน อยู่เองครับ ทำงานใกล้ BTS พญาไท ตัวตึกใหม่มาก ดีไซน์เท่สไตล์ Loft luxury ห้องผมได้วิวฝั่งอนุสาวรีย์ตอนกลางคืนคือสวยสุด ส่วนกลางจัดเต็ม มี co-working วิวสระน้ำแบบพาโนรามา สระว่ายน้ำระบบเกลือยาว ฟิตเนสเครื่องใหม่หมด มีห้อง steam และ yoga room ด้วย สิ่งที่ประทับใจคือระบบลิฟต์และที่จอดรถแบบอัตโนมัติ ใช้งานง่ายไม่จุกจิก เหมาะกับคนทำงานในเมืองที่อยากได้บรรยากาศโมเดิร์นแต่เงียบสงบครับ

คอนโดซ.รางน้ำ ไปมาง่าย ใกล้บีทีเอส

คิดว่าจุดเด่นอยู่ที่ทำเล ถึงจะอยู่ในซอย ถนนแคบหน่อย แต่ก็ไปไหนมาไหนสะดวก เดินออกมาปากซอยได้ไม่ไกลมาก ครึกครื้นดีเชียวล่ะ ตลอด 2 ข้างทาง ร้านอาหารให้เลือกเพียบ แถมยังใกล้ห้างด้วย ทีแรกคิดว่าราคาจะแรงกว่านี้ เห็นบอกเป็นคอนโด super luxury และก็อยู่ใกล้บีทีเอส อีกอย่างโซนนี้ราคาที่ดินก็ไม่น่าจะถูกอยู่แล้ว แต่เอาจริงก็สมเหตุสมผลค่อนไปทางไม่แพง เริ่มต้น 1 ห้องนอนขนาดก็ไม่เล็ก 35 ตร.ม.ถือว่ามาตรฐาน อยู่ 1-2 คนได้ไม่แน่น ตอนที่ดูอยู่โครงการยังไม่เสร็จดี ถ้าเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วค่อยว่ากันอีกที มีดูไว้หลายที่เหมือนกัน จะได้เอาไว้เปรียบเทียบ
