คอนโดออกแบบดี เพื่อผู้สูงอายุ
คอนโดที่มองไว้เหมือนกันเพราะใกล้จะเกษียณอายุแล้ว เป็นโครงการที่ออกตัวเลยว่าเป็นคอนโดผู้สูงอายุ ที่จริงชอบโครงการฟอร์เรสเทียร์มาตั้งแต่เปิดตัวว่าจะเป็นสวนป่าขนาดใหญ่แล้ว คอนโดออกแบบดี ขนาดใหญ่มาก ฝ้าเพดานก็สูง ทำให้ไม่ดูอึดอัดเหมือนคอนโดทั่วไป มีห้องต่าง ๆ ครบ ห้องนอน ห้องน้ำ ห้องครัว ห้องนั่งเล่น ระเบียง แต่ที่ถูกใจที่สุดเป็นส่วนกลาง นอกจากสวนป่าขนาดใหญ่แล้วยังมี Wellness clubhouse ที่ให้ทำกิจกรรม แล้วก็ศูนย์ดูแลสุขภาพสำหรับคนที่ต้องการการดูแลเป็นพิเศษ โครงการอยู่ บางนา กม.7 ปกติเป็นคนแถวนี้อยู่แล้ว จึงไม่ค่อยอยากไปอยู่ทำเลอื่น เพราะแถวนี้ใกล้ห้าง เดินทางก็สะดวกดี
