สวย หรู เกินบรรยาย

เหมือนอยู่ใน้ทพนิยาย สวยมากๆ ทำออกมาได้ลงตัว หรูแบบกำลังดีไม่เลี่ยน

ทำเลดี ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า 3 สาย ออกได้หลายทาง

แถวกรุงเทพกรีฑาตัดใหม่ตอนนี้หมู่บ้านขึ้นเยอะมาก อย่างโครงการนี้ แค่เห็นทางเข้ากับราคา 75-95 ล้านบาท ก็จินตนาการความหรูหราของบ้านออกเลย น่าจะต้องเหมือนหลุดไปอยู่ในนิวยอร์ก ช่วงปี 80-90 ที่บ้านคนรวยเน้นดีไซน์ และความอลังสุดขีด แต่ก็ไม่แปลกเท่าไหร่ที่ราคาจะโหดขนาดนี้ เพราะแถวนี้ทำเลดี เข้าออกได้หลายทาง จะออกศรีนครินทร์ หรือไปทางวงแหวนรอบนอกก็ได้ จะไปต่อรถไฟฟ้า หรือแอร์พอร์ตลิงค์ก็ได้ แถวนี้เลยมีครบ ทั้งโรงเรียน โรงพยาบาล ห้าง คอมมูนิตี้มอลล์ สนามกอล์ฟ แต่พอทำเลดี หมู่บ้านเยอะ ออกได้หลายทาง รถก็เลยติดสาหัสไปหน่อย ถ้าเข้าเมืองไม่ออกจากบ้านก่อน 7 โมง เตรียมใจกินข้าวบ้านรถได้เลย
