I own a property in Chiang Mai that I would like to sell through your service. Before that I have the following questions:
1) What percentage commission do you charge?
2) While the house is listed on your website, are we allowed to put up a “for sale” sign in front of the property?
3) While the house is listed on your website, would we be allowed to list our property on other websites?
