Good afternoon. I am a long-term resident of Thailand and am planning to invest in a condominium in Hua Hin, primarily for rental income and initially for personal use. I speak Thai fluently and can read at an intermediate level.

Here are my parameters:

Size 35-50 sqm
Budget: 2.5 - 2.7 million
Partially or fully furnished
Pool and gym access.
Attractive to long-term tourists but NOT on Soi 88/94/Petchkasem
After purchase I will manage the until and rental myself (no need for agent)
Thus far, I have looked online at these buildings: The Sanctuary, Summer Hua Hin, Blue Sky, Autumn, Ban View Viman, Blu Roc.
