Good day,
My name is Kevin. My Thai wife and I currently live in Southern California. We plan to relocate to Rayong, Thailand, in late spring/mid-summer 2027 for our retirement. We are looking to rent an unfurnished house in Rayong until we buy or build. I specified unfurnished because we will be shipping some of our household furnishings to Thailand.
We are looking for a 4-bedroom house, or at minimum a 3-bedroom, one-story or two-story, to rent at a reasonable price, say between 30,000 and 50,000 Baht if it is possible. If this request is not in your area of expertise, can you recommend an agent who can assist us?
