Hello,

for a newly established company with a license for growing cannabis, we are looking for property to rent for indoor cultivation of cannabis.
The property should be in Bangkok, or a maximum of 50 km from Bangkok.
The building should have 400-800 square meters.
Ideally, the building should have one large room and several smaller rooms.
The ceiling height should be from 2.5m to 4m.
The building needs water supply and waste.
In the building, we will need an electrical input of at least 80 kW, or the possibility of increasing the input.
We will need to maintain certain conditions in the building, so it is necessary that it be closed, ideally made of concrete, not sheet metal.
Ideally, it should be equipped with air conditioning and the floor should be made of epoxy or a similar easily washable material.
We wouldn't mind if you found a building with an adjacent plot of land for outdoor cultivation.

Please let me know if you find a building that meets these criteria or similar.
