Hello, US expat currently in On Nut area. Looking for a condo rental for a years lease starting Dec 1. I included a list below of what I want/would like in my long term rental. Can fine tune what I should look for once I speak with a realtor. Currently watching a Youtube show for Whizdom Connect Sukhumvit and this is the type of condo I am looking for but I am open. Sure you get a lot of demands from expats but I am flexible. So if someone could begin a search and have a few options, please contact me and we can set up an appointment to begin the search.
