Anyone has any idea like in case if there is any damage to the building/flats due to earthquake or fire etc. in the Megapolis (which is on lease) hinjewadi phase 3 Pune,then do the flat owners here in Megalopolis receive any reimbursements or are eligible for any kind of reimbursements for the value of their flats likewise there is some provision for the flat owners who have their flats on the free hold property from the share certificate?
