I have a client in Pattaya that wants to sell a condo in Bangkok he purchased new 3 years ago @ The Niche Ratchada - Huay Kwang. What is the standard agent commission now in Bangkok, 6% with a co broker/agent 3%/3% split? Here in Pattaya now most developers pay 6% and some up to 10%. I will be looking for co agent deal on this property, best regards, Mr. Paul
