We would like to make a lease contract as following conditions;
• It is a lease contract, not a service contract.
• Use for VAT business registration
• When registering as a VAT business operator, the lender must provide the following information:
the affidavit (in case if they are a juristic person)
a copy of authorized person
a copy of house registration of the building for the office leasing,
map and office's pictures
• Contract period around 24 months
・ lease location is prefered near Somerset Rama 9
