Pakamas Pridipanomyong Soi 14, Sukhumvit 71, has seen significant changes recently.
It now has a corporate entity and a board of directors managing it.
The village has entrances on both sides (Pridi 14 and Pattanakarn 30) with easy pass gates and security personnel.

The community club has upgraded the swimming pool and fitness center. If you want to use the fitness center or the pool, you can pay for daily or monthly access. Additionally, there's an Italian restaurant within the village.

The monthly common fee for the village is only 20 Baht per square wah. The village generates income from other sources as well.

From 5 PM onwards, the village closes the entrance on Pattanakarn 30 for security reasons.

The village, Pakamas Pridi Panomyong, Soi 14, Sukhumvit 71, is relatively convenient because there are multiple entrances and exits.
These include Pridi 14 and Phatthanakan 30, which are the main exits commonly used by residents.

From Pridi 14, you can connect to various other Pridi Sois and access the expressway via Pridi Soi directly. It's only 5 minutes away to expressway, which are close to T77 by Sansiri and P

On the other side, you can exit onto Phatthanakan 30, 20, 32, and even all the way to On Nut.
