This is a project for single-detached houses and semi-detached houses. Designed and developed by Areeya Property Public Company Limited, with the concept of designing a way of life for the living of modern urban families. Under the concept of “MINIMAL ECO LIVING” which uses usable space. And the beauty of the architecture is combined perfectly, emphasizing “simple but very”, presenting a modern tropical style living experience. Highlighting the importance of caring for the environment So that residents can live in harmony with nature. “Como Bianca” was created with the architectural style Modern Monolithic Minimalism, evident from the entrance arch, which is designed simply and stylishly with Terrazzo stone materials, with a design style that emphasizes the beauty of the construction materials “ Truth Materials” Minimalism also controls the tone of the design, reaching into other areas in the project, things that can be felt right away. It is the soft whiteness of the architectural building that looks open, airy and clean, contrasting with the shady green trees.
