Krystal Court, Bangkok

Opened in 1992, and set away from the main road overlooking a garden, Krystal Court apartments comprise 35 units of one, two and three bedroom apartments in a 10-storey building. The 3-bedroom units are spacious and bright, with high ceilings and terraces facing east. All apartments are fully furnished and the building is well managed. The majority of residents are a mix of European and other foreign families, couples and singles.

Located next to Kameo Court, residents at Krystal Court enjoy share facilities including tennis courts, squash courts, a gym, a children’s play area, a garden area and an outdoor swimming pool.

Multiple amenities are located nearby including international schools at NIST on Sukhumvit Soi 15, Bangkok Prep on Sukhumvit Soi 53 and St Andrews opposite Ekkamai BTS Station. Bumrungrad Hospital on Sukhumvit Soi 3 is also within easy reach as is grocery shopping at Villa Supermarket and Tops at Robinson’s on Sukhumvit Soi 19. Terminal 21 is one Skytrain stop away to the east at Asoke, with Emsphere which includes Emquartier and the Emporium one further stop east at Phrom Phong Station. The BTS change with the MRT (Subway) system is also at Asoke providing easy access to Bangkok’s CBD in the Sathorn area or New CBD on Rama 9 Road.

Local Neighbourhood

One of Bangkok’s popular nightlife destinations for expats and tourists, the Nana area where Krystal Court is located is also popular because of its convenient public transportation.

The borders between Bangkok neighborhoods are often blurred, but Nana roughly consists of Sukhumvit Sois 3-15 on the north and Sois 2-10 on the south. Traveling a station to the west gets you to Ploenchit, to the east: Asok. You can find both BTS and MRT stations in Asok, and transferring from one to another is simple. BTS Asok has a large overhead walkway connecting to many adjacent shopping centers and office buildings. MRT Sukhumvit Station houses a Metro Mall.
