The Larimar project is the first real estate development in Phuket operated by Athena Company. The land is also owned by Mrs.Toonyada’s family member. The project has 35 villas divided into 2 phases: the 1st phase has a land area of 8 Rai 21 SQ.Wah. The Larimar project is surrounded by mountains and a lake. We design the villa master plan corresponding to the nature of the land. The design concept is creating a new community with sport theme among the lake. The project is located in the central of south in Phuket (Chalong) by driving 20-minute to Phuket Town, Central Department Store, the top 10 of beaches in Phuket (Karon, Kata and Rawai), Chalong Pier, Nai Harn Beach, Phuket Big Buddha and Chalong Temple, Promthep Cape and other popular tourist attractions in South of Phuket. Chalong is not only the area which has many tourist attractions but also have many international schools in Chalong and nearby. From Chalong to Patong Beach driving 30-minute only, the government have planned to build the shortcut road (around 10 minutes) which connect to the three major beaches (Karon, Kata and Patong, this will makes the project’s located at the central of south and convenient transportation, and full-facilities surrounded The interior design of Larimar villa project is defined by a Modern Style decorated with neutral colors white and blue tones like Larimar stone that give you a feeling of a luxurious lifestyle.
