Origin Plug & Play E22 Station, Samut Prakan

SO Origin Phahol 69 Station is a 14-story condominium with 520 units and 1 commercial unit. The design concept is "CADENCE," which reflects smooth and fluid movement. This concept is interpreted through the use of curved lines in both the exterior architecture and the upper and lower floors, including the common areas, where curves and circular forms dominate the design.

The project distributes its facilities across four floors within the building, ensuring that each facility is easily accessible, less crowded, and offers good views. The parking is designed with a conventional system, making it convenient without the high maintenance costs of an auto parking system. The building features double corridor hallways with central elevators, allowing for shorter walking distances on both sides of the building. The zones between the common areas and residential spaces are clearly separated, providing enhanced privacy and safety.

The condominium is located along the outbound side of Phahonyothin Road, not far from Laksi Circle, and near the BTS Sai Yut station, an extension of the Green Line connected to BTS Mo Chit. The surrounding area along the road mostly consists of 4-story commercial buildings with restaurants and shops on the ground floor. The project is also near military zones, government offices, and Don Mueang Airport, contributing to the bustling local community. The area was originally a low-rise residential zone, but the extension of the Green Line (Mo Chit-Saphan Mai-Khu Khot) has accelerated development, with more land near the BTS stations being converted into condominiums. Additionally, new roads are being constructed to ease traffic congestion.
