This ultra-modern one of its kind pool villa was designed by VaSLab Bangkok (named as one of the 25 best architects in Thailand by Archello) and completed in March 2022. It is located in Hin Lek Fai, Hua Hin and features stunning mountain views.

From there, it takes only 10 minutes to the center of Hua Hin. 15 minutes to the bypass road leading to Bangkok or to the South of Thailand.

This two bedroom villa boasts a grand entrance with a huge 7 meter glass facade leading to the spacious open-air layout living area which is fully furnished with elegant modern high-quality furniture. At the end of the room, a staircase leads to a spacious mezzanine floor with a glass balustrade and access to a large East-facing terrace.

The separate kitchen is another highlight of the villa and can be accessed from the living room through large pocket doors and the staff entrance. The spacious kitchen is fully customized based on the owner’s own design with high-quality fittings & fixtures (e.g. Neolith counter tops, Blum fittings) and branded appliances (Foster, Bosch, Elica, Electrolux, Samsung).
