Introducing the new XT 10 Ekkamai project. Starting with the location, this project is situated in the heart of Ekkamai, directly opposite Donki Mall, just a 150-meter walk away. Sansiri reports that over 70% of the tenants in XT 10 Ekkamai were expatriates (Yield = 5-6%), with rental rates ranging from 16,000 to 18,000 baht per month and above. Therefore, it's quite attractive for those looking to invest in rental properties, as the Ekkamai-Thonglor area has consistently high demand. The project is pet-friendly, allowing pets in a separate building. Equally impressive are the facilities, including 24-hour access to amenities such as a fitness center and rooftop garden. Furthermore, there's a co-sharing facility with all three newly opened XT projects (XT Ekkamai, XT Phaya Thai, and XT 10 Ekkamai). Residents from all XT projects will have access to the XT Club facilities of other projects. Anyone can conveniently use the condo's common areas based on location or proximity to another project, instead of going to shops or crowded public spaces outside.
