Warning to buyers: do not pay toward Momentum until Serene delivers what it alre
More than 3 years ago I bought a unit in Serene (same developer as The Momentum) and paid a substantial upfront amount. The unit still hasn't been delivered. While our handover kept being delayed, the developer started building this new project, Momentum — meaning funds from buyers like me effectively financed new construction instead of finishing what was already paid for. I've spent significant money on temporary housing during visits since the promised unit was never ready. Warning to buyers: do not pay toward Momentum until Serene delivers what it already owes. Check the real current status of all their projects and consult an independent lawyer before paying anything. -
