  Irresponsible management failing to remove extremely noisy family

  Do not rent in this building. On paper, they have rules in the area of making noise and disturbing the neighbors. In reality, they do not remove violators of this rule. An Indian family has been extremely noisy for entire weeks, literally all the time: every morning, every afternoon, every evening. They are yelling, screaming, and so on. The noise can be heard on the entire floor, even on the other side of the hallway. They have received 4 warnings from the management already, but do not change their behavior at all. The unwillingness of the management to remove these people is a failure towards those tenants that do behave in a normal way. It is incredibly irresponsible, a badge of amateurism. Summary, do not rent in this building.

  คอนโดพร้อมเฟอร์ฯ มีส่วนกลางชั้นดาดฟ้า

  โครงการอยู่ตรงแยกสาทร-นราธิวาสฯ ใกล้ bts ช่องนนทรีแบบเดินได้ ประมาณ 500 ม. ค่อนข้างสะดวกถ้าต้องเดินทางด้วยรถไฟฟ้า แต่ถ้ารถขับรถมา ถนนเส้นนี้ก็ถือว่ารถค่อนข้างติด คนพลุกพล่าน เพราะเป็นย่านออฟฟิศ คนทำงาน ก็เลยมีร้านค้า อาหารอยู่เยอะ คอมมูนิตี้มอลล์ก็มี The City Viva อยู่ตรงข้ามคอนโดเลย ที่นี่จะเริ่มจาก 1 ห้องนอน กับ 2 ห้องนอน อยู่ 2 คนหรืออยู่เป็นครอบครัวได้ มีเฟอร์ฯ มาให้บางส่วนแล้ว เพิ่มเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าอีกนิดหน่อยก็น่าจะโอเค ส่วน facility ต่างๆ จะอยู่บนดาดฟ้าทั้งหมด มองเห็นวิวเมืองจากชั้น 27 มีสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส มีพื้นที่ไว้นั่งเล่น นั่งอ่านหนังสือ ชิลดีทีเดียว
