  Rapidly improving Condo Building

  Excellent value for size and location. New Management is helping to improve the building and common areas. Many owners beginning to invest in their properties

  ตึึกนี้ไม่ได้มีการบำรุงรักษา และซ่อมแซมมาเป็นเวลาเกือบ 10 ปีแล้ว

  คอนโดย่านนานาที่เดินสะดวกมาก

  แถวสุขุมวิทไม่ว่าจะอยู่ตรงไหนก็เดินทางสะดวกทั้งนั้น โดยเฉพาะสุขุมวิทต้น ๆ อย่างช่วงนานา ที่มีความใกล้ทุกอย่าง ใกล้ห้าง ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า ใกล้ทางด่วน มีร้านอาหารตั้งแต่ถูกยันแพง มีร้านสะดวกซื้อหลากหลายแบรนด์ ทำเอาเลือกกันจนเหนื่อยกว่าจะได้ของกลับไปกินที่คอนโด จริง ๆ แล้วคอนโดที่นี่ค่อนข้างจะหลายปีพอสมควร แต่ภาพรวมไม่ได้ดูเก่าอะไรเลย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก พื้นที่ส่วนกลาง และภายนอกโครงการ ยังดูดี แม้จะไม่เหมือนใหม่ แต่ก็บำรุงรักษาได้ดี ใช้งานได้ปกติทุกอย่าง โดยเฉพาะสระว่ายน้ำ ห้องซาวน่า ฟิตเนส ยังสภาพดีอยู่เลย
