คอนโดสไตล์รีสอร์ท กลิ่นอายญี่ปุ่น
อยู่ตั้งแต่ตอนเปิดใหม่ๆ ชอบดีไซน์การออกแบบ สวนของที่นี่ที่สุด เรียกว่าจัดแน่นจัดเต็ม เหมือนเดินในรีสอร์ทมากกว่าในคอนโด ซุ้มต้นไม้เยอะช่วยให้ไม่ร้อน และมีกลิ่นอายความเป็นญี่ปุ่นเบาๆ ห้องที่อยู่เป็นแบบ 1 ห้องนอน ครัวปิด ทำอาหารไม่มีกลิ่นเล็ดรอดเลย วัสดุที่ใช้คุณภาพดีตามมาตรฐานศุภาลัย ทำให้ห้องยังดูใหม่และดูแลรักษาง่าย การเดินทางถ้าไม่มีรถอาจจะต้องพึ่งวินไป BTS พร้อมพงษ์ แต่ไม่ได้ลำบากมาก (โครงการมีบริการ Shuttle Bus รับ-ส่ง BTS พร้อมพงษ์) ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นใกล้คอนโดคือดี ราคาไม่โหด มีร้านขนมปังอร่อยในซอยเดียวกัน -
