  8th floor A building has very bad smell from bathroom , air con could not be cleaned in bed room because of the design. Common area also has problems Decide to rent might be ok for a period , decide to buy or long stay i don’t recommend because its issue related to your healthy. Most owner is chinese and you know Airbnb comes a lot , no safety for residents and i can smell weed many often At the fitness many facility is broken , no repair for more than 3 months now as i notice , Good luck for people who already bought here !!!

  คอนโดเงียบสงบและเป็นส่วนตัว ใกล้สวนเบญจกิติ

  เป็นคอนโด Low Rise อยู่ในซอยสุขุมวิท 10 เป็นซอยตัน เงียบสงบและเป็นส่วนตัว เวลาเข้าที่พักอยากได้ความสงบๆ คนไม่พลุกพล่าน การเดินทางสะดวก 350 เมตรจากถนนสุขุมวิท ประมาณ 700 เมตรจาก BTS อโศก และ MRT สุขุมวิท ชอบตรงที่ท้ายซอยทะลุไปยังสวนเบญจกิติได้ เบื่อๆ ใช้ฟิตเนสที่คอนโด ก็ไปวิ่งที่สวนได้ ในโครงการก็ธรรมชาติดี มีต้นจามจุรีใหญ่อยู่กลางโครงการ ได้บรรยากาศร่มรื่น มีพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง สระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส สวนพักผ่อน และพื้นที่ Co-working space ให้ใช้งาน รอบๆ โครงการก็อุดมสมบูรณ์ดี มีร้านอาหาร ร้านค้า ห้างสรรพสินค้า Terminal 21
