เคยได้ยินว่าแถวราชพฤกษ์เป็นทำเลทอง น่าจะจริง เพราะพอมาอยู่ที่นี่แล้วรู้สึกเลยว่าใกล้ทุกอย่างจริง ๆ จะไปไหนก็สะดวกมาก จะหาของกิน ชอปปิง ของใช้ ของแต่งบ้าน โรงพยาบาล โรงเรียน ก็ขับรถไปนิดเดียว ใกล้ทางด่วน ใกล้ MRT จะใช้รถสาธารณะก็สะดวกสุด ๆ ที่สำคัญแบบบ้านคือโมเดิร์นมาก พื้นที่ในบ้านแบ่งสัดส่วนได้ดี ห้องนอนที่เป็น Master Bedroom กว้างมาก เหมือนเป็น Penthouse ส่วนตัวเลยจริง ๆ อีกอย่างที่ปลื้มมากคือ Clubhouse หรูเวอร์ สระว่ายน้ำก็ใหญ่ มีจากุซซี่ มีสระเด็ก มี Playground ของเด็ก ๆ ด้วย ลูก ๆ ชอบกันมาก -
