DDproperty Property Index Q1 2019
แนวโน้มราคาที่อยู่อาศัยในกรุงเทพฯ ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นจากไตรมาส 4 ปี 2561 (4Q61) โดยจากรายงานดัชนีอสังหาริมทรัพย์ DDproperty Property Index ฉบับล่าสุดพบว่า ดัชนีราคา (Price Index) ที่อยู่อาศัยมีปรับเพิ่มขึ้นจากไตรมาสก่อนหน้าอย่างเห็นได้ชัดถึง 12 จุด มาอยู่ที่ระดับ 224 จุด หรือเพิ่มขึ้น 5%
ในช่วงที่มีอุปทานในตลาดค่อนข้างสูง ผู้ซื้อมีโอกาสที่จะซื้ออสังหาฯ ในราคาที่ถูกลง แต่หากจะซื้อเพื่อการลงทุน ควรมีการสำรองเงิน รวมถึงมีวินัยทางการเงินมากขึ้น จากภาวะที่ต้องวางเงินดาวน์สูงขึ้น
