DDproperty Property Index จัดทำขึ้นโดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลประกาศขายที่อยู่อาศัยบนเว็บไซต์ DDproperty.com ที่มีจำนวนกว่า 200,000 รายการ มาทำการคำนวณโดยวิธีทางสถิติและจัดทำเป็นดัชนี เพื่อสะท้อนถึงความเคลื่อนไหวของราคา (Price) และอุปทาน (Supply) ที่อยู่อาศัย และแสดงให้เห็นถึงแนวโน้มราคาที่อยู่อาศัยในรอบไตรมาส (3 เดือน) ว่าเป็นไปในทิศทางใด
