DDproperty Thailand Property Market Index Q1 2020
The Price Index reached its lowest level of 207 points in the final quarter of the year. Continued economic slowdown and high level of household debt were among the factors suppressing the Price Index to reach a point that is attractive among buyers.
The first quarter of 2020 is the time to purchase property for buyers with sufficient funding as competing sellers are using promotions and discounts to gain traction leading to lower prices.
