ดัชนีราคาแตะอยู่ที่ระดับต่ำสุดที่ 204 จุด ในไตรมาสแรกของปี 2563 ซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากการชะลอตัวของเศรษฐกิจ หนี้ครัวเรือนที่อยู่ในระดับสูง และปัจจัยสำคัญอย่างการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ทำให้ดัชนีราคาไม่สามารถปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นได้เพื่อดึงดูดความสนใจของผู้ซื้อ
ตลาดอสังหาฯ ในช่วง Q2 2563 ยังเป็นตลาดของผู้ซื้อที่มีความพร้อม เนื่องจากระดับราคาอสังหาฯ ยังคงปรับลดลงอย่างต่อเนื่องจากที่ผู้ขายพากันแข่งออกโปรโมชั่นและส่วนลดเพื่อจูงใจผู้ซื้อ
