The Price Index rose slightly to 201, from 198 in the third quarter of the year. Continued economic slowdown, COVID-19 pandemic, and price wars in Bangkok’s condominium market were among the factors suppressing the Price Index to reach a point that is attractive among buyers.
The property market in Q4 2020 still presents a golden opportunity for buyers and longterm investors. Property prices remain low as sellers are competing, by lowering prices to attract buyers. Condominiums and townhouses, in particular, are absolute steals.
