ดีเวลลอปเปอร์ไทยเจ๋งคว้าสองรางวัลใหญ่ใน SEAPA 2012

สองดีเวลลอปเปอร์ไทยคว้ารางวัลระดับภูมิภาคในงานประกาศผลรางวัล “South East Asia Property Awards 2012” (SEAPA 2012) จัดขึ้นเมื่อคืนที่ผ่านมา ณ โรงแรมแชงกรีล่า ประเทศสิงคโปร์

ไรมอนแลนด์คว้ารางวัลคอนโดมิเนียมยอดเยี่ยมแห่งภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้จากโครงการ “เดอะริเวอร์” ในขณะที่โครงการบันยันทรี เรสซิเดนเซสในภูเก็ตเป็นผู้ชนะเลิศในสาขาโครงการวิลล่ายอดเยี่ยมแห่งภูมิภาค

สำหรับรางวัลผู้พัฒนาโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ยอดเยี่ยมแห่งเอเชียอาคเนย์ตกเป็นของ UOL Group ดีเวลลอปเปอร์จากประเทศสิงคโปร์

การจัดงานมอบรางวัลในค่ำคืนที่ผ่านมามีบุคคลจากวงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ทั่วภูมิภาคเกือบ 400 รายเข้าร่วมงานซึ่งจัดในรูปแบบกาล่าดินเนอร์หรู โดยรางวัลแบ่งออกเป็น 35 สาขาด้วยกัน

นายเทอร์รี่ แบล็กเบิร์น ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัทเอ็นไซน์ มีเดีย จำกัด ผู้จัดงานในครั้งนี้กล่าวว่า “ค่ำคืนนี้นับเป็นโอกาสดีที่เราได้เห็นผู้ชนะต่างๆ มารวมตัวกันในงานนี้ ซึ่งล้วนเป็นโครงการแนวหน้าในระดับโลกทั้งสิ้น และนั่นก็ได้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงมาตรฐานของวงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ที่ไม่แพ้ที่ใดในโลก”

ปีนี้นับเป็นอีกครั้งหนึ่งที่การตัดสินรางวัลดังกล่าวเป็นไปด้วยความยาดลำบาก ด้วยจำนวนโครงการที่ได้รับการเสนอชื่อกว่า 1,400 ราย และจำนวนผู้ที่ผ่านเข้ารอบกว่า 300 ราย โดยสาขารางวัลที่มีการแข่งขันสูงที่สุดหนีไม่พ้นสาขาโครงการคอนโดมิเนียมยอดเยี่ยม โดยเฉพาะในสิงคโปร์และมาเลเซีย

นอกจากนี้ ในปีนี้ยังมีการเพิ่มสาขารางวัลใหม่ขึ้นมาใน 3 ประเภทได้แก่ โครงการโรงแรมที่มีการออกสถาปัตยกรรมยอดเยี่ยม โครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่มีการออกแบบภูมิทัศน์ยอดเยี่ยม และรางวัลบริษัทที่ปรึกษาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ยอดเยี่ยม

“การเพิ่มรางวัลในสาขาที่เกี่ยวกับบริษัทที่ปรึกษาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ขึ้นมาในปีนี้นั้น เนื่องจากเราเห็นว่าบริษัทที่ปรึกษาเหล่านี้เป็นส่วนสำคัญของธุรกิจ ด้วยข้อมูลที่มีประโยชน์ต่างๆ ซึ่งช่วยในเรื่องของยอดขายโครงการอสังหาฯ ไม่เพียงแต่ในระดับภูมิภาค แต่ยังครอบคลุมไปถึงในระดับนานาชาติอีกด้วย และสิ่งที่เราได้เห็นในคืนนี้ก็คือผู้ชนะทุกคนได้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเป็นที่สุดในธุรกิจของตน” นายเทอร์รี่กล่าวเสริม
