A U.K. property exhibition held in Bangkok last weekend has been hailed a success by its organisers, with the promise of a further show before the end of the year.
The sixth such event, organised by Sincere Real Estate with U.K. developer Pinnacle MC Global, attracted strong interest from investors in Bangkok.
A spokesperson for Sincere Real Estate, the local agency handling the event, told DDproperty.com: “The show was great. Our buyers quite interested in both the student accommodation offerings and the Angelgate condominium.”
The spokesperson added: “We have good response from this show. We are going to do this again in November.”
One project attracting significant attention from Thai buyers was the 344-unit residential Angelgate development, in Manchester, northern England (pictured). Angelgate promises to be a marque development for Pinnacle, for the city, and for its residents, as Pinnacle has used all its experience from its student developments to create an apartment complex that will fit perfectly into this modern city.
Planning permission has been granted for this project, therefore Pinnacle plan to break ground in December 2014, with a completion date estimated for February 2016.
A spokesperson for Pinnacle said: “These apartments are seen as ideal opportunities for investors or homeowners alike, and with Manchester City Council’s Grow initiative expected to be finished by 2017, Pinnacle expect these apartments to fit perfectly into this booming city.”
