Property buyers and investors snapped up all 288 units within hours at the official launch of sales of Noble Development’s Noble Recole project last weekend.
Eager buyers formed queues on the street overnight to have first choice of units when sales opened on Sunday. Booking fees of between THB50,000 and THB100,000 were required to secure a unit at the sales event which took place at the Okura Hotel.
The 28-storey development in Asoke, Sukhumvit 19, in central Bangkok, featured units priced from just over THB5 million upwards – averaging at THB180,000 per sqm. Unit sizes ranged from 34 sqm to 69 sqm.
The project is now sold out according to information on the company’s website, although several social media sites appear to be offering resale units.
Noble Development’s Vice-president Theeraphon Voranithiphong has earlier been reported by the media as saying he was confident that Noble Recole would be sold out on the first booking date, Sunday September 28, due to strong demand.
Construction has begun and is expected to be completed in 2016.
