In order to reach its revenue target for the year and capitalize on the property stimulus measure implemented by the Thai government, Pruksa Real Estate has launched campaigns to increase sales at 173 projects across the country. The company hopes to make THB2 billion during November and December with these campaigns helping to drive sales.
The campaigns, which began last week, gives buyers an additional discount of two percent on top of discounts that can already be found at each project. Pruksa has teamed up with ten financial institutions as part of the campaigns. Because of this partnership, customers can enjoy special interest rates on mortgages.
There will also be a lucky draw held by Pruska where they will give away six cars worth a combined total of THB9 million for customers who book a unit at one of its projects between 31st October and 30th December.
Of the 173 projects eligible for Pruska’s special offers, the majority are located in the Greater Bangkok area. There are a combined 17,585 units worth THB54.67 billion available at the moment. All units are ready to transfer to owners and 80 percent of these are low-rise units that the company will be able to deliver in less than 83 days after booking. Over 35 percent of the available units cost THB3 million or lower. A majority of the units are single houses, townhouses and detached houses with 3,400 of the total number being located in condominiums.
Pruksa is also planning to launch ten more projects before the year is over including seven low-rise developments. The launch of four other condo projects was pushed back from the fourth quarter to sometime next year because of a delay in getting an environmental impact assessment report approval. Pruska has yet to confirm when exactly in 2016 the launch of these developments will take place.
