'Happiness redefined' for Bangkok buyers

New Project The Saints Residence

Happiness will be redefined for buyers and investors at The Saint Residence, according to the developer in a statement, which will open its sales office tomorrow, Saturday March 14.

The development is a THB10 billion premium condominium project on Vibhavadee-Rangsit road (Ladprao 5-way intersection). This massive project will boast three buildings amd four different room sizes. Prices will start from THB3.89 million.

Chainarong Monthienvichienchai, Chief Executive Officer of Salan Development Co, said his company has been working on the plans for the development for more than 5 years to fully satisfy the needs of the residents with reasonable prices.

Chainarong added that what makes the Saint Residences project special lies within its location on more than seven acres of land apart, in additional to another 13 acres that will be used in the future for the project extension purpose.

“We are very certain this is the last biggest piece of land on Vibhavadee Road (Ladprao 5-way intersection). The construction will start next month and the development will consist of 1,537 units in three buildings of 41 floors each.

“At the end of last year, we organised a pre-sale event which received a large amount of positive responses from the customers, and more than 300 room reservations woth more than THB1 billion.

He also added that overall the property market in Thailand is growing, particularly for the condominium sector mainly because a change in the lifestyle which tends to look for more convenience in a daily life.

What is considered the first opening of the Sales Gallery happens tomorrow (Saturday, March 14) where visitors will be able to see the complete model of the residence in four different room styles.
