Real estate firm CBRE Thailand has been appointed as the sole leasing agent for The Street, a six-storey lifestyle shopping mall on Ratchadapisek Road in Bangkok.
Developed by Univentures Public Co on behalf of the owners Variety Asset 5 Co, The Street provides approximately 28,000 sqm of retail space and is situated 200 metres from the Thailand Cultural Centre MRT station. It is also easily accessible from the Asoke Expressway.
Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of this year.
