Noble Development has celebrated 25 years as a maverick real estate brand and one of the leaders of the Bangkok inner city condominium market by launching BE33, a luxury development on Sukhumvit 33.
Kitti Thanakitamnuay, Chief Executive Officer, said: “To celebrate our 25th anniversary, Noble has devised a corporate campaign, “Believe in Your Soul”, to emphasise “Be Different, Be Noble”, which has been in Noble’s DNA throughout the 25 years of its existence.
“The Noble concept is communicated through the design of living spaces to encompass new possibilities for living.
“From our early past, Noble’s projects have been out of the ordinary and exceeded the expectations of residents. For instance, Noble Park was a low-rise condominium house project conceived in 1991. This revolutionised Bangkok’s property industry with a cluster of residences bringing the main road into a communal parking area so that all the houses fronted a large communal space for relaxation that was both well shaded and free of vehicles.
“Our Noble Home project of detached houses with curved roofs was a design breakthrough, both in the actual design and materials used. Noble Neo City was another low-rise development of houses and condominiums in three story blocks, with two units per story. Each unit had its different outstanding features, while the extensible houses could be enlarged in four stages corresponding to different stages in life.
“In the present era, Noble still challenges the property business by offering different designs for living, in the new context of Bangkok’s urbanites following the city’s rapidly changing growth. For instance, the design of L-shape and U-shape houses in Noble Tara and Noble Wana use space to give residents personal space indoors, but brings them closer to nature in every part of their house.
“Revolve Living is another new concept of urban living in the right-sized condo for residents in the heart of Bangkok that is accessible for younger people. It provides a 25-28 sqm room and a useful width of five metres, applicable to bedrooms, living rooms and studios in the development.
“Meanwhile Noble Ploenchit is a perfection of a minimalist skyscraper set in 4-rai of lush, serene gardens for maximum privacy, including a private lift for every unit.
“All these are just a fraction of our many innovative and ground-breaking high- and low-rise projects,” he concluded.
Noble BE33
Noble’s first high-rise condominium launch of 2015 is the “Noble BE33” project, a new condominium convenient for the lifestyle of Sukhumvit Soi 33 with the slogan “Flip to reveal Yourself”. It is located 320 metres from the skywalk to BTS Phrom Phong – a future road exit – with prices starting at THB210,000 per sqm.
Sira Udol, Executive Vice President of Noble, said: “Since Noble’s previous successes of launching projects in the Sukhumvit area there has been continued heavy demand for condominiums along the BTS Sukhumvit Line.
“This has been boosted by the enduring popularity of investment in high-end accommodation in the Sukhumvit area among both Thais and foreigners, both to live in themselves and to let out to others.
“Last year more than 77,000 expatriates came to work in Thailand, and this group still overwhelmingly favours the Sukhumvit, Sathorn and Lumpini areas. In particular, Sukhumvit Road remains the gold standard for business.
“Demand for offices and residential accommodation has increased greatly owing to its location on the BTS line. To best respond to Bangkok’s growth, Noble is launching a new condominium project, Noble BE33 on the strategic site of Sukhumvit Soi 33.”
The project is a single tower block of 31 floors comprising 277 units. Rooms range in size from 34 sqm up to 139 sqm for a penthouse unit.
A special single corridor adds extra privacy for residents, while other premium facilities include a large reflective lobby, a separate semi-outdoor area that connects to a common area of more than 1,000 sqm. There is a 25-metre sky infinity-edge pool on the top floor located with the Sky Garden and Sky Fitness giving full views of the city.
Show rooms are available to view and reservations can be made from June 5 until June 18 June at the Sales Office and on June 21 at the The Okura Prestige Bangkok Hotel.
