The latest DDproperty,com show, held at Central Plaza Rama 9, underlined the continuing demand for quality property throughout Thailand by smashing all previous sales records.
The property exhibition, which finished earlier this week, saw 57 units sold worth a record combined amount of THB121.4 million. A total of 751 leads were generated for exhibitors worth THB1.22 billion, while more than 1,500 property buyers and investors registered online or in advance for the event.
Projects from throughout Thailand attracted interest, including from Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pattaya, Rayong, Cha-am, Hua Hin and Chiang Mai.
Fourteen projects from 11 developers were exhibited at the event.
Napong Panthong, Head of Marketing of DDproperty.com, said the event achieved its goal of accelerate buying activity, and allowing buyers and investors to make more informed decisions.
In comparison, the previous DDproperty.com property exhibition in March this year generated 26 sales for its exhibitors worth more than THB80 million.
