Bangkok low price property

Prices of property in Bangkok and its surroundings, but certainly in the centre of the city, have been continuously rising for a number of years.

If your particular budget doesn’t extend to millions and you still want to own or invest in Thailand property here are three current listings from DDproperty.com, Thailand’s number one property website, that will not break your bank account.

DDproperty.com suggests that all buyers and investors conduct proper and thorough due diligence on all of their property purchases, whether for their own use of for investment. Listings and the information therein are supplied by the agents responsible for selling or renting the specific properties, so be sure you understand exactly what is being offered to you.

THB500,000 will get you a freehold studio in the Bangkapi area of the city. Don’t expect too much space for your money though; this is a 27 sqm unit with one-bedroom and one-bathroon, but it comes partially-furnished and, according to the listing, is suitable for retail as it’s located on the first floor of the development. The Mall Bangkapi is also close by.
