SC Asset is preparing to launch five projects in the second half of 2015 including a new brand, PAVE, a project that will feature single detached houses priced between THB3 million and THB5 million. The company recorded a significant profit in the first attribute in part to the success single detached housing projects in the luxury residential market.
Sales in this segment rose by more than 67 percent compared to last year. The performance will see SC Asset double down in the luxury, single detached houses market with three of the company’s five remaining launches this year coming in the segment totaling THB8.8 million.
“In the third quarter of this year, SC Asset plans to debut three modern-styled single detached housing projects, showcasing the latest design. It is the first time that SC Asset has entered the single detached housing market priced between THB3 million and THB5 million baht under the latest brand named PAVE,” SC Asset CEO Nuttaphong Kunakornwong said in a press release. “The single detached housing market is interesting because in the past three years, the market of this segment has enjoyed the biggest ratio of sales or one-thirds of the total single detached housing market in Bangkok and its surrounds.“
The launches are just one part of the company’s plan to increase revenue over the next few years. SC Asset also has plans for a super luxury and luxury condominium developments in addition to the line of PAVE projects.
“In 2015, SC Asset will launch the first PAVE project in Rangsit, targeting to boost the revenue from PAVE projects to represent 10 percent of the gross income,” he added.
The PAVE Rangsit project is worth THB1.4 billion and will be made up of 320 units. The starting price is going to be THB3.99 million. PAVE Rangsit will be located near the main road of Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok Klong 4 and easily accessible to Kanchanapisek Ring Road Expressway. There are department stores, educational institutions and hospitals nearby by the project.
