D’Well Grand Asset believes the property sector will grow by at least five percent in 2016 and the developer also revealed plans to use a digital strategy to better communicate with its customers as it plans to launch two new luxury projects during this year. The company hopes the new strategy will help promote the launches to a younger demographic.
Thavanan Tanesdechsundhara, managing director of D’Well Grand Asset explained that this year will be more challenging for property developers as land prices are expected to increase. He add that with new property developers entering the market, medium-sized developers like D’Well Grand Asset need to focus on finding innovative ways to communicate with consumers such as using online marketing.
The developer’s digital marketing efforts will not only introduce the details of each project but will also produce content that matches their clients’ lifestyle interests. The end goal is to create a community for new generations who are interested in arts and technology for living. D’Well Grand Asset is banking on this plan to help build the company’s brand awareness.
Along with the digital marketing campaign, two projects will be launched by developer in 2016 worth a total of THB1.2 billion. The first project is an urban home concept project located along the Ekamai-Ramintra Expressway that should launch sometime in the second quarter. In the fourth quarter, the developer will launch a low-rise condominium in the Phaholyothin area.
D’Well Grand Asset is a medium-sized developer who has crafted developments that target a younger demographic. Two luxury condominiums in Sukhumvit area are among the projects in their portfolio. The company aims to standout from other developers building projects in the same location by using their extensive architectural background that is a strength other companies may not have. This also gives D’Well Grand Asset developments a unique selling point. The company is currently overseeing see three projects. These are D’ Mura Ratchayothin, D’ Memoria Phaholyothin Soi 8 and D’Habitat Ratchapruek.
