Sunplay Asia Launches Eastern Seaboard Project

24 พ.ย. 2559

There are a number of places to retire to in Thailand and residential community developer, Sunplay Asia, believes the country’s Eastern Seaboard is one of the best spots. The company launched the first phase of its lifestyle retirement estate recently. The Heights, a luxury low-rise condominium development in Bangsaray, will cater to retirees with a number of features designed for those over 50 years old in mind.

The THB1.25 billion first phase of Sunplay’s Bangsaray complex is located on a 175 rai site and will contain 70 freehold units along with a clubhouse and surrounding gardens. There will be one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium units available equipped with branded fixtures and appliances.

“Sunplay Bangsaray offers residents and investors a new concept in retirement living set on a private estate specifically designed to provide an active lifestyle for the over 50’s offering luxury, convenience or independence,” Chris Delaney, managing director of Sunplay Asia explained in a press release. “We are delighted to be launching in Bangsaray where we believe the convenience of the location – quiet, peaceful and just 20-minutes from sailing, golf, dining and world-class medical amenities – fits perfectly with our five-star facilities.”

Thai architects P49 designed and planned The Heights Bangsaray (imaged) and have created it so that the units are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and lotus ponds. There are also panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes and the Gulf of Thailand from many parts of the development.

“What we are creating is a first for Thailand, certainly on this scale and focusing on a luxury, active lifestyle,” Delaney explained. “We feel that Thailand is a very attractive retirement destination and currently the market is underserved for active retirees looking for a safe, secure and high quality option, either for investment or as a place to live full time.”

Sunplay Asia’s Thai subsidiary partnered with Australian luxury senior living community developers MacArthur Projects on the complex. Colliers Thailand has been appointed as exclusive sales agent.
