Coco Sea Condo Phuket

About 40 percent of the Coco Sea Condominium at Nai Harn, or 150 units, have been sold since off-plan sales launched for the project in mid-January, the Phuket News reported. The project by developer Conf-F features a location that’s close to the beach along with unique interior designs.

“The initial surge has been mostly block purchases,” Coco Group sales manager Prakaidao Duangrak, told the newspaper. “One whole block was purchased by a returning customer, but we have also seen about 50 individual purchases by a variety of nationalities.”

The are a total of 376 luxury units in 12 blocks spread out over an 11-rai land plot at the condominium development, according to the Phuket News. There are also 10 independent but adjacent pools throughout the Coco Sea Condominium to help give residents a strong sense of the water theme which the property embraces.

The development’s Nai Harn location is another attractive feature. It was voted Phuket’s Best Beach in the 2015 TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Awards. The beach is only a short walk away from the units. “Location is key,” Prakaidao explained. “Nai Harn Beach is only 800 metres away, and that particular beach has won international recognition through TripAdvisor.”

Phuket-based Oracle Architects designed the layout of the condominium, the Phuket News added. The group is known for working on Andarika Resort & Spa in the hills above Patong, Ratana Aprt-Hotel in Kamala and The Kee Resort & Spa in the heart of Patong.

Prices at Coco Sea Condominium start at THB3.9 million per unit. There are one-bedroom, 42.5 sqm. units on the ground floor that offer pool access while the largest units are the 61.75 sqm. two-bedroom homes on the fourth floor that cost THB7.7 million. The project cost THB1.4 billion to develop and is Con-F’s largest development to date.
