It differs from some of the developer’s other concepts, which tend to be more futuristic, by offering a timeless design. The eight-story, low-rise condominium will have 162 units in total and boasts serenity and privacy despite being in the heart of the city. Studio, one- and two-bedroom units are available.
The development is close to big public parks including Benjakiti Park and Chuvit Garden. It is also close to public transportation with Nana and Asoke BTS stations being roughly a ten-minute walk away.
Ananda appoints its subsidiary company The Agent as its sole agent for the project.
