Sansiri Plc is set to launch a new Thai voice enabled smart assistant for its popular Sansiri Home Service mobile property management application. The new app is being built on Artificial Intelligence from Amazon Web Services and will be available for consumers living in condos and detached housing projects in 2018, announces a company press release.

With 35 years’ experience in the Thai property market, we have observed rapid changes in customers’ lifestyles and demands in the digital era. Technology is the answer to complete their living experience, we believe,” says Dr. Tawicha Trakulyingyong, Sansiri Chief Technology Officer, in a press release.
The tech is being introduced through cooperation with Dailitech, a Thai-based IT company. Once it is operational, it will be the first Thai-language voice command service in the Sansiri Home Service mobile app. The AI technology from Amazon Web Services will allow the app to become a smart assistant.

The Artificial Intelligence solution from Amazon Web Services will give the app a natural and easy-to-use voice command that fits into its customers’ way of life. In addition to this, the mobile application allows users to manage all home-related activities from anywhere at any time.
