Nirvana Daii is set to launch its 1st condo project and has signed an agreement with the Banyan Tree Group to manage and brand the project. Units at Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok are expected to open for sale in September. The luxurious condo is located by the Chao Phraya River and worth over THB 6 billion.
“This project is the company’s first condominium project. It is a superluxury project and has an average selling price of approximately THB 300,000 per sq. metre. Acknowledging the lifestyles of our super-premium residents, we aim to offer a variety of excellent and unique services for them to enjoy,” says Sornsak Somwattana, Nirvana Daii’s Chief Executive Officer, to The Nation.
The developer has enlisted well-known hostility company Banyan Tree to add even more luxury to the project. In addition to managing the project, owners at Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok are eligible to receive exclusive memberships to Banyan Tree’s Sanctuary Club.
“We are excited to collaborate with Banyan Tree Group, as the Banyan Tree brand is known around the world as a leader in the international hospitality industry, and is expert in providing five-star hospitality service,” says Sornsak.
Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok is currently in the design phase and the project’s construction company, Bouygues-Thai, began work late last year. Nirvana Daii is hoping to kick off sales at the project in the coming months.
“It is located on one of the Chao Phraya River’s most spectacular bends, where old-city and new-city views can be enjoyed. Along with its prime location, we also placed importance on the design architecture to ensure residents’ expectation for privacy,” says Sornsak.
Nirvana Daii has expanded the scope of what it does after its merger went through with Daii Group last year. The company expanded into homebuilding and prefabricated housing and also the manufacturing of housing-related construction materials while continuing to focus on property development.
