Leases of real estate from 3 years or more must be made in writing and registered with the land officer. Real estate lease agreement, the law prohibits renting for more than 30 years. Real estate lease agreements may be effected throughout the life of the lessor or the lessee. Therefore, the contact of renting a house or land more than 50 years can not be done.
